17 Indisputable Laws of Teamwork

Building a team is not just like making a paper boat. It requires a lot of energy, money, ideas and resources. If you want achieve great things, you need a team. “No man is an island.” People are designed to be dependent to other people. That’s why the team is essential to grow socially and every aspect of life.

These are the laws I’ve red from the book of Dr. John Maxwell.. It helps me to start my leadership career, to empower my team and be organized in every way. Every law is effectual in different situations. Maxwell reminds the reader that he intends to use “law” because law can be learned, can stand alone, carries consequences with them, and these laws are the foundation of leadership. These are taken from his book, “17 Indisputable Laws of Teamwork.” As a learner and team leader, after the cover-to-cover interpreting every word of the book, I applied some of the laws in my teams and it not fails me. Teamwork is so essential in a group to make progress, development, growth and success. If you’re not willing to accept changes, you’re organization can never win. I can say that not everyone applies these laws… and that’s fine! But as I observe other successful leaders I find with them that they are applying these even they don’t read yet about this book. They call these practices in different terms but they are in the same principle. And you, as reader of this post, I hope that you would apply every law of Teamwork that has been given by John Maxwell. Because I believe that these are indeed “unquestionable”, “effectual” and “irrefutable”. I look forward for our leadership skills and submissive spirits as followers will be increased.
