Marlon C. Molmisa a.k.a. Ginoong Lapis is a froshman college student of UP also known as “University of Pasig”, sa tagalog, PLP o “Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Pasig”, taking up Bachelor in Elementary Education (BEED)!! Teaching is the best hobby for him and it’s a great profession that he can be proud of. He’s already 17 years old but still sweet and single. He is passionate worshiper of Jesus, student leader, musician, writer and youth counselor. His heart is on the pencil and blank paper- writing short stories, poems and essays and on the world of music- playing drums, guitar, bass guitar, and sometimes he sings. He is a member of “Pasig Himig Chorale”. There are 3 things he loves most: drums, pencil and the Bible. Ginoong Lapis is a zealous follower of Jesus Christ and not ashamed to say that to the whole wide world. He believes on the 4 spiritual and biblical truths:
1) God loves man so much and He has a greatest plan for all of us. (Jeremiah 29:11)
2) Man is sinful… (Romans 3:23) and the wages of sin is death… – physical, spiritual and second death. (Romans 6:23, Hebrews 9:27)
3) But God sent Jesus. He died on the cross to save mankind from the judgment. (John 3:16)
4) We must repent and accept Jesus as our PERSONAL LORD and SAVIOR. (John 1:12, 1 John 1:9, Acts 16:31)
Personal means intimacy. If you indeed accept Jesus as your personal Lord and Savior, it means you give 101% of your life. You forget your own will, ambition and your whole self while repentance is 180 degrees turning around from your position, from sinner to holy life. That is the cost of giving your whole life to the Lord. But I tell you, it’s worth it! Once you give fully your life to HIM, it’s easy to fulfill what is God’s will because you are no longer the driver of your life but Jesus is.
